Bringing the atmosphere of fight night to audiences everywhere
On 2 August 2025, Corporate Clash Macarthur brought together local businesspeople, community supporters and sponsors for a major charity boxing event at The Cube in Campbelltown.
StartWebcast was engaged to transform the live event into a polished pay-per-view sports broadcast. Across more than five hours of live programming, our team covered 11 fights, the opening ceremony, special presentations, interviews, auctions and the final Fight of the Night presentation.
Corporate Clash was not simply a matter of placing cameras around a boxing ring and sending the pictures online. The broadcast needed to capture the energy of the room while keeping viewers informed and giving fighters, companies and sponsors the visibility expected from a professional sporting production.
Every fight had its own tightly timed sequence:
The livestream also needed to accommodate sponsor commercials, auction promotions, guest speakers, memorial presentations and other live event moments without interrupting the flow of the evening.
StartWebcast developed a complete broadcast workflow around the event’s master run sheet. The production began with an online holding presentation before moving into sponsor content, the opening film, fighter introductions and the live program.
A multi-camera production captured the action from around the venue, including the ring, fighter entrances, commentary position and post-fight interview area. Camera positions and PTZ presets were planned in advance to provide a combination of wide establishing shots, close fight coverage and dynamic entrance angles.
Our production crew included dedicated roles for:
Before doors opened, the full system underwent camera, audio, tally, communications, graphics, replay and streaming checks. A complete cue-to-cue rehearsal was also conducted for the opening sequence and fighter walkouts.
To give Corporate Clash the presentation of a professional boxing broadcast, StartWebcast produced and operated a data-driven graphics package containing information for every fighter.
The system incorporated fighter names, nicknames, companies, age, height, weight, reach and photography. These assets were used throughout the broadcast for fight cards, introductions, lower thirds, statistics and matchup graphics.
Live fight information also included round-by-round data, punches thrown, punches landed and comparative percentages. This gave commentators additional information to discuss between rounds and helped online viewers follow each contest.
Sponsor content was integrated throughout the program using commercials, fight sponsor graphics, logos, branded overlays and promotional pop-ups. This ensured commercial partners received meaningful exposure without distracting from the action.
Dedicated replay operation allowed significant moments to be reviewed between rounds and immediately after each fight. Rather than filling breaks with static content, commentators could analyse the action while viewers watched selected highlights.
Replays were combined with fighter statistics and graphics to maintain the momentum of the broadcast during judging, glove removal and interview preparation.
The broadcast workflow coordinated live cameras, pre-produced media, graphics and audio for both the online program and the in-room presentation.
Fighter videos, walkout tracks, sponsor material, auction promotions, the national anthem, guest content and presentation slides were all prepared and incorporated into the production. This gave the event team a coordinated show while allowing the livestream audience to experience the complete evening, rather than only seeing the fights themselves.
StartWebcast delivered a continuous pay-per-view production covering the full Corporate Clash program, from the pre-show presentation through to the final cheque presentation and closing sequence.
The result was a broadcast that felt like a genuine fight-night production while retaining the community focus of Corporate Clash. Fighters and their supporting businesses received a professional on-screen presentation, sponsors were incorporated throughout the program, and remote viewers could experience the atmosphere and stories behind every bout.
Corporate Clash 2025 demonstrated how thoughtful planning, live data, specialist sports production and close coordination with an event team can turn a one-night fundraiser into a broadcast experience with a much wider reach.
StartWebcast produces reliable, broadcast-quality coverage for sporting events, awards nights, corporate productions and pay-per-view broadcasts.
From cameras, audio and live direction to graphics, replay, streaming and online delivery, we can manage the complete production.
